Learning Through Exercise
The ABC Challenge Day is a fundraiser which focuses on fun activities, including high-energy and carefully selected exercises which can measure speed, strength, stamina, attention, balance and coordination.
The ABC Challenge has been created by teachers for children between the ages of 4-11 years. As an educational provider, we use The ABC Challenge Day as a vehicle to develop personal skills within children
Attention, Balance and Coordination are the fundamental building blocks upon which later learning depends. Studies have shown that exercise focusing on attention, balance and coordination can result in accelerated improvements in reading, drawing and spelling. Exercise plays a critical role in ensuring that children lead healthy lives. It can also help children to concentrate throughout the day
