Before being offered work with Evolve Sport prospective coaches are carefully screened, vetted, reference-checked and trained.

• Face to face interviews with Evolve Sport Management.
• Qualifications and certificates are verified.
• Employer reference checks.
• Communication with current/most recent employers.
• Evolve Sport are registered as an umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau and all checks are carried out to an enhanced level.
• Signed declaration to abide by the Evolve Sport Code Of Conduct and Practice.
• Initial training via our Coach Training Programme.
• Ongoing coach mentoring programme.
